3. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are estimates based on the information and photos provided.
• Final pricing may vary upon physical inspection of the vehicle.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

‍4. Booking & Cancellations

• A confirmed booking is required for all services.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Payment is due upon completion of the repair.

• Any pre-existing damage unrelated to the dent repair will not be the responsibility of Impact Dents.

• While we take every precaution to ensure high-quality repairs, some dents may not be fully removable depending on the damage.
• Impact Dents is not responsible for issues arising from previous bodywork, fillers, or paint damage.
• We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages related to the repair process.
